Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At High Spirits Distillery, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange beyond this period.
 
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and downloadable software products.
 

Non-Returnable Items

 
Besides the above, we do not accept returns for gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. If the refund is not posted, contact your credit card company and bank. If you’ve taken these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at [email protected] and send your item to our provided physical address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to 4 Lynette Court, Noble Park, VIC 3174, Australia. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
